Returns and refunds
Thank you for supporting my artwork! Each painting and limited edition print is created with care and attention to detail. As an independent artist, I stand by the quality of my work and appreciate your understanding of the following policy:
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Sales of original artworks are final
Due to the nature of original artwork, all purchases are final sale. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the piece is damaged during shipping. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.
Damaged items
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or store credit in certain cases.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Limited edition print returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your limited edition print, please contact me hello@mollystephs.com to arrange a return within 10 days of receipt.
Once the print is safely returned in perfect condition, a full refund will be processed.
Damaged items
If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement of the print.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to variations in monitor settings. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, feel free to contact me.
